After much discussion and evaluation of all the issues, the decision was made to cancel the 2020 Michigan Court Managers Conference rather than postpone.    Crystal Mountain has been tremendous and we agreed to add 2022 on to the original contract.

Save the 2021 Conference Dates:  May 18, 2021-May 21, 2021.

Crystal Moutain Resort will handle all of the room cancellations and issue refunds back to individuals on the same currency with which they were made (i.e. credit card refund, check, etc.).  If individuals have concerns, they can contact Crystal Mountain Resort regarding their cancellation, however, Crystal Mountain  Resort would prefer to handle it themselves so they aren’t inundated with calls.

Conference Registration Fees:   Will be refunded by check.

Attendees:   Checks will be made payable to the Court and mailed c/o to the Registered Attendee.

Vendors:  Checks will be made payable to the Company Registered and mailed to the registered address.

**Emails will be sent if an address is not on file.

Tabatha Wedge will do her best to have all refund checks out on or before May 31, 2020.    Please do not contact her by telephone or multiple emails as it will only delay the refund process.
